Alchemy Collective Refund Policy
At Alchemy Collective, all services are thoughtfully customized and require dedicated time, strategy, and creative preparation. Because of the nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure clarity and alignment for all clients.
Services
All payments made to Alchemy Collective are non-refundable once services have begun. This includes, but is not limited to, branding, social media management, content creation, marketing strategy, personal assisting, consulting, and any custom or retainer-based services.
Deposits & Retainers
All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. These secure your spot on our calendar and cover preparatory work, planning, and resource allocation.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel services after payment has been made, you will not be eligible for a refund. Any completed work up to the point of cancellation will be delivered when applicable.
Rescheduling & Pausing Services
Alchemy Collective may allow rescheduling or pausing of services at our discretion, depending on the scope of work and timing. Requests must be made in writing and are not guaranteed.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, Alchemy Collective may consider partial credits or alternative solutions at our sole discretion. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks
By booking and submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered or work in progress. Any chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of deliverables.
Agreement
By purchasing services from Alchemy Collective, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
